How Does the Comments Template Work?

There is an option in the comments template to create any type of comment along with a dynamic form. This will help you manage agents and users who just select and update the form.

• • Select List of Available Templates to post the comment.
    • When a comments template is created by admin, it will have the option to find and select the comments template from the comments section of any module.

• • • Display a comments template along with a form that the user has to select and submit.
      • The user has to select or update information in the pre-design form, which will be open upon selection from the Comments Template List.

• • • View the entered form
      • Once a user submits the form and adds additional comments, it will store them.
      • There is an option to edit to view existing added comments in the same dynamic form as the comments.

      • Some industries, like home and office inspection, have many agents on the field to submit forms for every inspection. They’ve predefined templates, which they need to update in the comments.
