vTiger – Multi Instance or Multi-tenant Model

vTiger Community as subscription?

We took this challenge to implement Multi instance and Multi-tenant option for customer.

Multi-Tenant:

• 1. One to Many relationships.
• 2. Single Application Source with multiple database option.

Multi Instance:

• 1. One to one relationship.
• 2. Single Application Source with single database option.

We divided entire concept in 3 component

Marketing site:

• 1. Landing pages with Free trial signup option for customer.
• 2. Marketing content applied here.

Master CRM:

• 1. Main CRM to review and manage all customer’s CRM.
• 2. Intuitive Dashboard.
• 3. New and Registered customer’s managment.

Tenant CRM:

• 1. Landing pages with Free trial signup option for customer.
• 2. Marketing content applied here.

1. MasterCRM management:

• Leads: Every Submission of Registration form will create a Lead and Contact in Master CRM.

• Contact: Contact created from Marketing Site will be treated as a User of Tenant CRM. Contact will have expiry date which will allow user to login for particular days (15 Days trial Period).

• Organization: When User will subscribe for any of plan, will be converted from Lead to Organization and also its expiry date will get extended based on subscription of time.

• Invoice: An Invoice for each transaction will get created for tenant and will have details of Product with its quantity, price and discount.

• Feature management: Product module will be used to create Plan and set access permission of each modules.

2. TenantCRM:

• Free trial message and subscription management.

• Plan upgradation & Payment management
