Manage WhatsApp Groups from Campaigns in vTiger

Recently, the CRMTiger team implemented Manage WhatsApp Group from Campaign in vTiger for one of the customers. The Manage WhatsApp Group from Campaign is a tool designed for the vTiger CRM system. Manage WhatsApp Groups from Campaigns is an additional tool for vTigerCRM. How does this work? The customer is in the education industry, running a WhatsApp group.

How this works ?

• Customer is in education industry running WhatsApp Group campaign for different types of group in WhatsApp Like.
  • • Group for Higher Studies
    • Group for Engineering Studies
    • Group for Social Science
    • Group for Artificial Intelligence

• When any candidate/student join to the WhatsApp group it will automatically add that student link to the respected group campaign in CRM and link that student as contact to the campaign.
  

• When any candidate/student Leave WhatsApp group it will automatically Delink student from respected group campaign in CRM
