CRMTiger team implemented API integration customization with vTiger. The API was used to capture financial information of the customer.
1. Comments from List:
Implemented direct comments from Lead list.
2. API integration to set commission :
Integrated Financial API to set commission level of the client.
3. vTiger 5.4 search field option :
Search on all fields in the vTiger 5.4 from the listing page.
4. Display comments on tooltip:
it will display Comment entered on each row on mouseover.
5. Capture data thought API:
Captured data from the financial system using customer’s email and API.
