vTiger CRM 6.1 customization for financial service company

Hello,

CRMTiger team customized vTiger CRM version 6.1 for one of the customer from UK.

Customer was looking to implement a CRM system which will provide a central system available to all staff.

Feature implemented in the CRM :

• Build a new CRM system with the following functions:
• User login with different level of security
• Client contact detail
• Record client communication history
• Tax details and year-end auto reminders
• Payroll deadline details and auto reminders
• VAT deadline with auto reminders
• Upload documents to assign to client record
• Document bank with template letters and email
• Flag outstanding task by client
• Reporting module

Repot customization in the vTiger 6.1 CRM:

From the database, need to have facility to run following reports

• When accounts are due in a particular month.
• When vat returns due each month. Need to have option that when accounts / vat returns have been submitted, this can be flagged and any accounts / vat returns not submitted flag up automatically to reminder that these have not been submitted.
