File Attachment Option in Email Template and Workflow Email for vTiger

The CRMTiger Team always shares updates on various vTiger CRM customizations done for the customer.

The CRMTiger team recently managed to add an option for file attachment to email templates and inside workflow emails.

This feature helps users avoid attaching files every time they send an email to a customer, either from a lead, contact, or organization.

The same option is available for selecting an email template inside the workflow, which will automatically capture files attached to email templates.
