Hello,

CRMTiger team customized vTiger CRM version 6.1 for the US based customer.

Customer was looking to customized CRM for SMS Notifier implementation.when send SMS from CRM and any customer reply back to the sender than it will attached to the “SMS Reply” Module with message text.

Feature implemented in the CRM:

  • SMS Notifier API Integration
  • SMS Reply integration with New module “SMS Reply”
  • SMS Delivery status report development
