Twilio integration with vTiger

Hello Folks,

Twilio is the #1 VoIP company that provides many VoIP services like SMS, MMS, calls, voice, video, etc.
CRMTiger implemented vTiger integration with Twilio’s SMS service. This integration helps users effectively manage SMS services with the following features.

1. Send SMS:

Send SMS from vTiger lead or contact from either detail view or list.

2. Receive SMS:

SMS received to a dedicated number will be stored against relevant contact, based on SMS received on Twillio number from contact’s phone number.

vTiger has SMSNotifier option to setup API related to Twillio as shown in the image below.

3. View of SMS “Send and Receive” against Twillio’s dashbaord :

After the above SMS integration, now we are working on Voice and MMS integration of Twillio with vTiger. We will keep you updated, stay connected.
